Did you know that many agents try to do their work on a part-time basis? Because agents work strictly on commission (and it’s not as much as you might think!), they are afraid to leave their “real job.” Being an effective agent requires a full-time commitment. Not only full-time, but more than full-time. So be sure to ask your agent if they are full-time or part-time. It really makes a difference in how well you are served.
