Clarendon 1021. What a beautiful building, and in an amazingly convenient spot right in the middle of Clarendon.

There’s also a wonderful pool. And if you don’t want to dirty the fantastic kitchen in your home, you can simply walk a block or two to find all sorts of restaurants. My personal favorite is Harry’s followed by a few hours at Barnes and Noble. Grocery shopping at Whole Foods, and you don’t have to fight for a parking space. Hard to beat that.
Here are the stats: 41 condos have sold so far this year, for an average price of $500,037 (ranging from $320,000 to $500,307). 19 condos are currently on the market, at an average price of $538,636. This average for active listings is higher than the solds stats because one of the condos, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit, is priced at $999,000.
That’s the price you currently pay for contemporary, convenient lodgings just across the river from the nation’s capital. And remember you’ve got the condo fee on top of the mortgage. But no grass to mow!
See ya,
Chris
