I don’t have an explanation, but I’ve decided to see if I can create tasty and beautiful cupcakes to rival those from Georgetown Cupcakes. If you know me at all, you know I don’t really have time for this, but I just finished helping a handful of clients get into their new homes, and I guess I want a celebration. A celebration, that is, that doesn’t include getting into the car.
So, I’ve been cooking up a storm today, and since it’s such a nasty, rainy day, I think I’m good with that. I actually did preview about 7 homes today (there are two in particular that I really like, for completely different reasons), so yes, I was in the car. But not all day, and that’s an improvement over the weekend.
So … Georgetown Cupcakes, consider yourself on notice. I’ve gotten one recipe here that I think seems like a good starting point. You can always add stuff once you’ve got a good foundation.
