Just last night as I was walking around Clarendon on my way to the Barnes and Noble, I saw a sign in the Pottery Barn display window: buy now, no payments for 12 months! Gosh, I’m used to seeing that at car dealerships, but not in the “yuppie” kingdom that is called Pottery Barn. So now I know that the era of frugality is fully upon us.
To honor that sentiment, I pass along this link to places in another part of Arlington County — Pentagon City. Cheap is the new good.
