Meyer, Aurora Highlands, Barcroft, Columbia Heights, Dominion Hills, Arlington Ridge, and Old Dominion are all scheduled to benefit from sidewalks, streetlights, trees, play areas, and/or road narrowing — at a total investment cost of $3.3 million. North Arlington Inventory Update

Short and sweet: there are 251 detached homes currently for sale in North Arlington. Other years there have been as many as 500+ actively for sale at this point of the year. Pickings are slim.
