Arlington County has announced some plans to continue improving these terrific neighborhoods of ours.  Cherrydale, Leeway, Ft. Meyer, Aurora Highlands, Barcroft, Columbia Heights, Dominion Hills, Arlington Ridge, and Old Dominion are all scheduled to benefit from sidewalks, streetlights, trees, play areas, and/or road narrowing — at a total investment cost of $3.3 million.  See here [...]

North Arlington Inventory Update

Short and sweet:  there are 251 detached homes currently for sale in North Arlington.  Other years there have been as many as 500+ actively for sale at this point of the year.  Pickings are slim.
