So many agents I know say they have a team, as if it positions them as more/better/experienced/solid/whatever. If my husband is my team member, does that make me seem better able to work for you? If my daughter is the team member, does that reassure you? Puleeze.
I don’t think you’ll see a Christine Rich team anytime soon. But please don’t worry. I have all the resources we need at my fingertips to get your house sold or purchased. And we need a lot of resources, believe me. We need stagers, lenders, contractors, gardeners, accountants, lawyers, and yes, even handymen to screw in those lightbulbs.
Actually, that part I can do all by myself, believe it or not.
